Introduction
We are a privately owned, well run and refined tranquil park just 300 metres from West Wittering's award winning sandy beaches and are open all year round, so our customers can visit anytime they wish.
There is no clubhouse and our holiday homes are for occupation by owners and, on an infrequent basis, their close friends/family, which promotes tranquillity within the park.
The park is solely managed and run by its owner (who is now approaching his 24th year of ownership) with the aim of providing a quality personal service to our customers. The quality of service is one of the most important considerations when choosing a park for your holiday home purchase.
The service we provide is shown not just by the thoughtful way in which our holiday homes and fence enclosed plots are presented but also, and most importantly, in the way the park is run. We have common sense Site Rules which are maintained for the benefit of all our customers, so they are confident of a restful and enjoyable stay every time they come to Scotts.
Please be aware that holiday homes are only offered for sale to those that will adhere to the Site Rules and will not use holiday homes for residential purposes or for commercial letting.
